HR Professional with over 13+ years of rich & varied experience in ramping up product development teams, Digital Technologies and entire gamut of HRM such as Talent Acquisition, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment Strategy Manpower Planning and HR Budgeting. Working in dynamic, fast paced and matrixed organisations has helped me develop some strong skills needed for my role. As a vibrant professional, individuals across an organization’s value chain have often recognized me for being a well- rounded HR professional, having exceptional social and communication skills. Completed MBA in HR&Marketing from Andhra University and worked with IBM, Deloitte, Google etc.
